- Step 1: Wipe down the mask, be sure your device is charged. Place it on clean skin. Secure the device to your head using the adjustable velcro straps.
- Step 2: Tap on forehead touch point and hold for 3-seconds. Device enters standby mode. Now do a short tap for light to come on. Long press for turning on and off and short presses for switching colors. Now you are ready to start your 15-minute regimen.
- Step 3: After treatment, remove the mask and apply your favorite moisturizer.
Use 15-20 minutes daily at least for 4 weeks to see the result.
